SATURATION DIVING SYSTEM

SERS manufactures and supplies Saturation Diving Systems to ABS Class (or Lloyds/ DNV Class if required). Saturation Diving systems can be standard generic design or custom-designed and are built under the ABS Rules for building and Classing Underwater Vehicles and Hyperbaric Facilities. The system allows vessel to achieve a Class A1 notation from ABS. In addition to these rules IMO and IMCA requirements are met as shown in the examples of design & industry guidelines and rules below.

SERS also provides value-added services as below:
1 Daily project management for the procurement, delivery and insallation of the various

components of the diving system;

2 Act as an interface on behalf of clients in regards to diving system integration and

             optimisation of vessel spcae;
        3   Compile and provide a full set of PMS documents pertaining to the diving systems
        4   Assist clients in marketing the vessel, either for sale or long term charter
        5   Provide diving and subsea personnel for the chartered vessels

AIR DIVING SYSTEM

SERS manufactures Air Diving Systems to Lloyds Register Class Approved, ABS Class Approved and IMCA Approved. SERS Air Diving systems can be configured with a number of options and layouts subject to client requirements. Our standard systems include the following:

• Primary and secondary recovery based on a twin basket design housed in a 20ft ISO container

REMOTE OPERATED VEHICLE

SERS designs and manufactures state-of-the-art Survey and Work Class ROV systems. Mako XP 150HP Work Class ROV

Mako XP 150HP WROV’s have been specifically designed for use on pipe lay barges and can be built in upon request. The ROV has been designed to work in higher currents than conventional off the shelf ROV systems. A specially developed foam buoyancy block allows a smaller draft. The Mako XP also has the capability of long excursions (1.2Km) to enable it to reach any touch down point. Full fiber link to the surface allow for integration of almost any number of survey equipment needed. The small foot print for this system makes it attractive to installations where space is limited. All parts of the system fall under 12 month warranty. All of our products are built with simplicity and ease of use paramount in the design principle.
