Procurement

- Preparation of procurement documentation covering critical elements such as delivery schedules, installation milestones, payment terms, exchange rate variation, insurance provisions, performance guarantees and service warranties.

- Guidance of the procurement process through the complex area of export certificates, shipping agency procedures, customs inspections, import duty, sales tax and so on.
